Do you offer fixed fees?

Most clients are charged monthly and this can be done at an hourly rate or a fixed fee.
Do I need accounting software?

No is the simple answer but there is a big BUT. Most business owners are moving away from using paper and spreadsheets. There are some inexpensive packages around that cost as little as £15 per month. All your records are digitally held and you can check on your financial situation at the touch of a button.
Can you do my payroll as well?

Yes payroll can be run as a separate service or as part of your bookkeeping.
Are you available for one-off projects?

How can I be sure you’ll deliver an excellent service?

All of our existing clients have recommended us to other business’. We have 13 years of experience and don’t have a high turnover of clients. When we are your book-keeper we become an additional arm of your business.
How easy is it to change if I already have a bookkkeeper?

Whether you are moving from your current bookkeeper due to fee costs, work quality or any other reason, switching couldn't be easier. Just provide us with the relevent information and we will take care of the rest!
Does the initial chat require a face-to-face meeting?

With modern technology there are many ways we can comminicate going forward! Face-to-Face meetings will always be an option, but if you prefer using a video chat provider, such as zoom, just let us know.
This period has already been dealt with, when should I see you?"

If you have already completed your VAT return, annual accounts, or any other return for this period, we would still recommend to get your books in as soon as possible. The earlier the better!
